Swami Lokasangrahananda
He was trained for more than 20 years under the world renowned sage Swami Sahagananda who was a founder of the divine life society of South Africa under the instruction of our holy master Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh India. Swami Lokasangrahanada inspiration and guidance came from Swami Chidananda and Swami Krishananda of Rishikesh of Divine Life Society Headquarters in 1987.
Swamiji went to India in 1987 at the age of 38 to study Vedanta under the tutelage of Revered Swami Parthasarathy at Vedanta Academy Lonavla India which is hill station; about 3 hours drive from Mumbai. At that time the Vedanta Academy India was in its infant stage, so Swamiji’s experience in the building field was very useful while studying Vedanta. Swamiji was the first student of the Vedanta Academy India.
Swamiji has always been on the spiritual path since childhood with the strict guidance of his father, Mr Chandriah Naidoo. Swamiji joined Swami Sahajananda of Divine Life Society South Africa from the age of 17 years. Under the guidance of our Revered Swami Sahajananda, Swamiji together with a team of devotees worked for the mission of Divine Life Society’s projects, like building schools, clinic etc.
